Remote Support

Remote support is available via TeamViewer

• Cost is $1.10 per min with a minimum charge of 10 minute
• Remote support requires a reasonable internet connection
• You must be at the terminal through the whole remote session
• All sessions are recorded at our end and kept for 30 days for our own safety.

It’s important to not let anyone you don’t trust into your computer. TeamViewer should be removed from your computer after each session if you are concerned about unauthorized remote access. At any time during our sessions, you can terminate the remote session by clicking the red X top right of your page. All fees to that point still apply.
