Onsite I.T. Services takes ZERO responsibility for lost or damaged consoles in transit, if you don’t understand or agree to that DON’T send it to us!
- Don’t send cables, controllers or accessories unless they directly relate to the repair.
- Pack the device securely and safely as we return it in the same box & padding.
- Include a copy of this form (we will email you a copy from your email address provided) or a handwritten note with your name and phone number & address inside box preferably taped to the console.
- Quotes can’t be done without a physical inspection, but a price guide can be found here.
- Return shipping & handling is a flat $30 fee (Australia ONLY!), you may organize your own courier company and have them pick the device up if required.
- No Fix can opt not to send it back otherwise $30 return fee still applies
- Workshop turnaround time is typically 48 hours, we will call & email an invoice for payment once complete – our goal is not to have the device in our workshop for longer than 48 hours but each job is different as a result if it’s longer we will call.
