Who is Onsite I.T. Services?

Well I’m Peter Matthews I live & operate my business from 1 Angelica Place Forest Lake.

I have been working in Forest Lake for the past 20 years, doing computer repairs using just Peter Matthews as my invoiced business name. Then on the 20th February 2006, I registered Onsite I.T. Services with the Office of Fair Trading and have been trading under that name ever since.

I’m both passionate & dedicated to what I do for a living. From silly questions to complex data recovery I’m here to help.

Who is Red Hot Digital?

Red Hot Digital is owned and operated by Edwin Berry (ED)

Ed rents a small space off Onsite I.T. Services to run his business from.

Ed has been repairing phones for as long as I can remember, and the industry has changed much in that time. Back in the day a typical repair took just a few minutes and a few dollars. Now with the invent of the SMART phones it takes longer and now much more expensive to replace/troubleshoot components.

Mobile phones are more typically very difficult to repair and can sometimes be impossible to economically fix.

All jobs come with a free ESTIMATE to repair.

WHY do we all work from the same location?

Well, to be honest, it works – I Peter (Onsite I.T. Services) have always worked from home but being a sole trader it’s problematic to run a workshop and do on sites at the same time. Bringing Ed on board to work from my workshop enables me to be extremely productive without having to pay an extra staff member thus keeping prices to a minimum.
